Moved here recently from out of state and done a few pickup online orders. It's the same woman behind the counter who just seems miserable. She never smiles and start every encounter with "Hi, be with you in moment have online orders ahead of you". Never even asking if possibly that order is for me. Just seems very robotic and no personality. I've seen a few reviews with her mentioned and one with a picture. I never can see her name Tag as it is written in marker. Over half the toppings were missing on my two subs... So disappointing to get a pickup order and get it home only to have both subs missing over half the requested items. Such a bummer! Especially since the subs aren't cheap.

Great customer service is impossible to find!!! But not when your at this Subway! Today i went in about 11 a.m. and was greeted by a lovely gal named Harley and another wonderful woman(I am so sorry I forgot your name). They gave amazing service and were so pleasant!!!
