Service is pretty nice. However some of the employees are flat out rude. Luckily it seems they fired one employee named Talon but there's one horrible employee named Mason who needs dealt with. Other than that, I recommend this place.

This place just randomly closes, and it bums me out every time cuz I order online and the app says they’re open cuz it’s 3pm on a Tuesday, then you get there and they have the ghetto fence down like they’re trying to keep a gorilla from getting out.The bread gives me the runs, which sucks cuz the bread is amazing

Third time they have messed up my mobile order. I called because they put mystery white sauce on my teriyaki sub. Didn't put oil on my fiance and didn't heat them plus other silly things. When I called I was on the phone for less than 3 minutes the assistant manager wouldn't let me explain my issue Cut me off and said I was triggering her and she didn't feel comfortable and that I was more than welcome to never come back. Super upsetting. I was annoyed and just wanted my subs remade. I guess I will take her advice and find a new sub place. Shame since I've been eating there for years.

Terrible customer service. Ordered online, every sub came wrong. When we called to complain. The assistant manager told us she felt triggered and told us we were welcome to never order from there again. So we will take that advice.

I am currently sitting in Subway waiting for my mobile order. This is the second time I've ordered from them on the app and they did not start my food until I arrived. They also said they do not have any meatballs. I didn't want another sandwich so I asked if they could just refund me for the sub. They refused. So I told them to just forget it. They can just keep my money for it. I just want my food quickly so I can go home. While I'm writing this review right now, there is an employee just kind of standing around pushing the broom side to side instead of assisting the other employee to help me get my order quicker. I know right now that many restaurants are understaffed and mistakes happen but this is the second time that has happened to me and no one offered to make it right.

All I gotta say is trash.... service was trash not friendly at all. Staff was not wearing hair net's unsanitary. Food was trash bread did not taste right got judged for adding bacon to my steak hoagie witch was trash. All had a rubber texture to it. Oh and tables were not clean had trash all over it. Wish all subways would close and they could put a Charlie's subs here I stead.

Bread tasted stale on husband's footlong. I asked for heavy sauce on my meatball sandwich and there was so much it leaked ALL OVER the bag andy front seat. Was not happy.

Food was fresh, all condiments and bread variety were available. Just slow service especially for location that gets a lot of interstate drivers.

Food is pretty decent here, however the staff is NOT friendly. Not impressed with how rude one of them were in regards to doing something simple. Train your staff better.

This restaurant isn't bad. It was decent food wise. They made the sandwiches and rung up the order. Laurie was exceptionally helpful and unfortunately the computer system was giving her a hard time. Upon having to work for Subway in the past, I can express firsthand how dreadful it can be. She was professional about the whole situation and her coworker was very laid back and curtious. All I can do is tell you thank you so much for your understanding and patience with our order. Thank you for being kind and unjudgement toward my awkward, sheepish, and squirrelly nature on this day. You both really raised my spirits. You both handled your large work load well. Thank you both.There was another lady there. She had long black hair that I found very appealing. I did find myself gazing upon her for a long while. To her, I wish to convey an apology. I'm not sure why she was so upset seeming. It is possible she had a bad night and that she does not fancy being gazed upon. I'm not sure what is going on in your life, or if you have been frequently tormented. Recently, I have been out of sorts upon my aunt's passing and not being allowed to attend any viewings or the funeral. I apologize for my sad stares toward your direction. If I offended you I am sorry. If you ever do read this message I hope you understand my sincerity and that you are safe and healthy.
