I can understand why there is low need for workers but I've been wait 20 minutes for a doordash order and this guy served 2 family's before making the online order. Unbelievable the worker looked in his 20s and had on recrangle glasses shoet blonde dirty hair has a mustache and skinny was too slow for being the only one and took his sweet time
I was in on Monday and the district manager there was very rude and disrespectful. She kept complaining about not having any staff and why they couldn’t just come to work. I am sorry but I have visited frequently at this location and this is the first time I have ever seen her. I normally see the GM and her husband and they are great employees who thrive in chaos. They need more workers than just the 2. I will not be coming back when your district manager is there.
I picked up a catering order and Kristen had it all ready to go for me, brought it out promptly. She left me a note in the bag explaining how she labeled each meal box. I appreciate her attention to detail. At the time I picked it up, it was the lunch hour, and she had a very long line of customers, including an online customer that came to pick up and myself that came to pick up at the same time.
