I am currently sitting in Subway waiting for my mobile order. This is the second time I've ordered from them on the app and they did not start my food until I arrived. They also said they do not have any meatballs. I didn't want another sandwich so I asked if they could just refund me for the sub. They refused. So I told them to just forget it. This restaurant isn't bad. It was decent food wise. They made the sandwiches and rung up the order. Laurie was exceptionally helpful and unfortunately the computer system was giving her a hard time. Upon having to work for Subway in the past, I can express firsthand how dreadful it can be. She was professional about the whole situation and her coworker was very laid back and curtious. Service is pretty nice. However some of the employees are flat out rude. Luckily it seems they fired one employee named Talon but there's one horrible employee named Mason who needs dealt with. Other than that, I recommend this place.
