Good atmosphere. Decent food. Lots of flies inside but I'm sure in the fall would be a really good goat too

Pleasant stay at this location. The FOH & housekeeping staff are friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast everyday that was delicious. The 2 team members that worked at the Starbucks are a special mention( Caribbean lady and the young gentleman that worked some afternoons). Now are rooms are a different story. Generally clean, spacious but don’t look any closer. Started sneezing uncontrollably not long after I walked in and immediately knew there was a dust issue, I’m allergic, not severely but I know. The photos say it all. The bed spreads also had stains on them. All this place needs is a deep clean and you are good to go. Baths and toilets were clean. The steak house across from the hotel is also recommended. There is a fridge in the room & coffee making faculty. Communal microwave and ice machine in the hallways.

I would have given the hotel a 5 but they missed a day of cleaning our room. Also the desk clerk called and ask if we had a leak In our bathroom and when I said no and ask why she hung up. We also had nuisance of having to go to the front desk several times and getting our keys rekeyed.

The staff here was very nice and (somewhat) helpful. The room itself is just OK, and would benefit from a revamp. The WiFi barely worked and the manager promised me points as compensation -- but never followed through. The HVAC system blew hot or cold air directly on our heads all night, so we woke up feeling like we were gettin sick. I'd avoid this place.

Really nice young gal helped check us in. I'm embarrassed I don't remember her name after a long day of traveling but she was very sweet and provided an excellent first impression for us. No other positives to report for this property, I'm afraid. There were issues related to cleanliness of our room/bathroom and fitness center area. All were unacceptable. It was difficult/impossible to get a cup of coffee in the morning because there is no self-serve option in their lobby and the staff that was in charge of the 'bistro' went missing for long periods. Breakfast not included with stay. I wouldn't have been comfortable paying for their offerings for fear of the condition that the kitchen is possibly in. Cleanliness of bed, furniture, carpet, shower in our room was really off-putting and made for an uncomfortable stay for both of us. Location is not walkable to nearby amenities as there is a busy intersection with no pedestrian crosswalk to get over to the shops/restaurants. A situation where Marriott leadership should probably conduct a site visit and straight up close the doors here until a deep clean and refresh can be completed. Really poor.

My Wife and I had to switch 3 times because of finding these disgusting stains at this Marriott. This was not handled well at all by the hotel management, I would not recommend staying there. I guess this is how their housekeeping covers up things there. And this is Marriott?

Check in was quick and location was great But my gosh the beds were TERRIBLE. I cannot believe the previous reviews do not mention this. We didn't sleep most of the weekend. Room was clean but not cleaned during our stay No free breakfast. Eggs are $12. Pool area was in disarray

We stayed for a get away weekend, and the hotel is great! They have a large lobby that is comfy and spacious for relaxing with a group. Our only issue was the presence of several loosely supervised hockey teams(the Lemieux sports complex is very close). However, hotel staff did their best to keep things under control and we very much appreciated it. We would definitely stay here when returning to the area.

I stayed here on a recent road trip. I used the mobile room key option on the Bonvoy app so I had no contact with any of the hotel's staff other than a "good morning" from the housekeeper as I left. In fact, I didn't see anyone at the front desk. This is great if you just want to check in and out without delay. The hotel has very nice facilities including a pool with spa and an exercise room. There's an outdoor patio with a fire pit and tables and chairs. The hotel doesn't have complimentary breakfast but there's a cafe with a few selections for breakfast available for purchase. The room was clean and comfortable.

The location is easy to access and there are some amenities onsite. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Fairly clean (not extremely) but again, for the price, a good choice. Rooms and decoration a bit dated but roomy, comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was the best value for us. We bought a package that included breakfast. The staff was young and very efficient and friendly. Hotel was clean and the breakfast food was plentiful and delicious. Would stay there again if we go to the Pittsburgh area again.

One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at. Mold throughout shower, clogged sink, dirty carpet. Lots of other hotels nearby and this was one of the more expensive ones. Pick somewhere else, don’t stay here.

Front desk had great customer service. Hotel was a bit aged, but very clean. The one small critique I have is to upgrade the TV's to larger ones with the ability to watch streaming apps. Overall, my stay was comfortable and clean!

This hotel has a beautiful lobby, the halls are well lighted. We checked in during a horrific thunderstorm, and room 328 was assigned to us. We entered turned on tv but due to the storm, the television (Direct TV) was not working. The gentleman at the desk came up, checked on the tv and stated due to the storm it was out, but would probably turn back on after the storm. We spent the time reading. We had stopped and purchased food before checking in, so during the storm, we ate. The tv came back on and we stayed up watching the news. About 10:30 we went to bed, and I immediately began to itch. I thought it was my imagination ( or maybe a harsh detergent), I tried to relax but the itching continued. I felt bumps on my foot, and I informed my husband. We pulled the covers back to see dust bunnies, thread balls, ( looked like vacuum debris), and then human dried blood with pubic hairs dried into the blood! I immediately called the front desk, at approximately 11:15 we were moved to room 309. Needless to say we had to repack, and make sure we had everything. We took a shower in the new room and literally hair and thread filled the shower. It was beyond disgusting. In the morning I had to request the morning female manager to escort me back to that room (328). She really didn’t want to do it, but I insisted. Upon entering the Room she dramatically pulled back the curtains as if I were lying. A few pieces were still on the sheets, she wasn’t impressed. Then I dramatically ( to show her I can be dramatic too) displayed the dried blood and hair and asked her if she wanted to sleep on that! I also explained I had red bumps appearing on my legs, arms and back. I explained if she didn’t make it right, we would call corporate together from her phone. She explained she would talk to the head of housekeeping ( but she was off for the day). I am letting anyone know that no matter how nice the lobby looks: CHECK THE SHEETS and BEDDING! I didn’t post the blood it was too disgusting!

Our family had a great stay here, from staff to pool to breakfast. We made a last minute decision to stop driving for the night on our trip from MD to MI. Booked directly through Marriot and got a great rate. Friendly staff, comfy beds, late pool hours, and HUGE omelette for breakfast. Highly recommend.
