I would have given the hotel a 5 but they missed a day of cleaning our room. Also the desk clerk called and ask if we had a leak In our bathroom and when I said no and ask why she hung up. We also had nuisance of having to go to the front desk several times and getting our keys rekeyed.
We stayed for a get away weekend, and the hotel is great! They have a large lobby that is comfy and spacious for relaxing with a group. Our only issue was the presence of several loosely supervised hockey teams(the Lemieux sports complex is very close). However, hotel staff did their best to keep things under control and we very much appreciated it. We would definitely stay here when returning to the area.

Pleasant stay at this location. The FOH & housekeeping staff are friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast everyday that was delicious. The 2 team members that worked at the Starbucks are a special mention( Caribbean lady and the young gentleman that worked some afternoons). Now are rooms are a different story.
