Came in from Niagara Falls, ordered a small calzone and small toss salad. Wow portions are huge and delicious. Can't beat the prices! Will definitely be back !

Witnessed the lady be extremely rude to a customer over a food order that was made incorrectly. Instead of offering to remake the food, the lady insisted she couldn't due to the fact that she cant afford it. I felt really bad for the customer. I noticed not long ago that this place was up for sale too.

The absolute best pizza! The dough and sauce are perfect! I order extra cheese and pepperoni every time, and when they say extra cheese...they mean extra cheese!!! The cheese is the best quality. Also, Kelly and Rudi are friendly and always welcoming!

The lady who works here is rude. It was busy and she was trying to have a group of people to leave. Yea it’s busy but, that’s a good thing right. She was complaining about there being a full restaurant. If you didn’t want that then! Welllll then shut your dang door. I am truly shocked… being rude to someone who is paying is crazy! I am scared to try the food. Hope the food is worth the attitude we were given. I am hoping she stop her rudeness! Especially to the family !!!

Be careful not to look at the wrong Brother’s Pizza menu online or ask question like “do you have bbq sauce”, as the owner seems to have a very low tolerance for questions about the menu and is incredibly unprofessional. She was far more interested in telling me that I was looking at the wrong menu than answering simple questions to help me complete our order. I didn’t engage in her attempts to argue, but that didn’t stop her from trying. Everyone in the house commented on having heard her through the phone. It wasn’t enough that she was rude and continuously interrupted me with a raised voice on the phone, but she also felt it necessary to text me on the phone number I called from over an hour later. While I don't believe that customers are always right, I do believe that a customer shouldn’t be yelled at and there is likely never a reason for a shop owner to send an unsolicited text to tell the customer that you’re right.

Love their pizza and calzones. They also have great salads. Dough is hand tossed and fresh ingredients. The small pizzas are big enough for 2 or 3. The small calzone feeds a family. The large calzone feeds an army. They are the best in the region.
