“We went to Butch's 101 Pitstop for supper last night and it was very good! Went to school with Patty and kept seeing her posts with great food specials. We lucked out and it wasn't busy. Got to play pool and visit with Butch. Couldn't finish our food. Will be back again. Definitely worth going! Hope to see Patty next time.”
“The delmonico and Shrimp and lobster linguine were super! Carmel apple pie started my meal and it was to die for!We search for places like this all the time and have never come across it until just the other day. It definitely won’t be long before we make the hour drive to visit again! Thank you for your hospitality as well !”
“Easily of my favorite places to golf! Long, hilly course with open fairways. Decently priced. Nice practice area near the club house. Only downfall would be that the bunkers need some TLC. Love this place!”
“We are so lucky to have this shop as part of our community! The drinks are tasty with so many accommodations that can be made for dietary needs and taste preferences. The pastries are always delicious and as a bonus to compliment your drink.”
“Always a nice chill place for great food and a beer.but don't go if ya don't like crispy perfect wings with a large variety of sauces and dry rubs.lol.great place great service and great people.”
“To start with, I am NOT a pizza snob, very rarely will I not eat what most consider a "bad" pizza..... it's all good to me. Having said that DJ's big kahuna is excellent, their crust has just the right texture, the sauce is balanced, and the right amount of cheese. The price point is just right, especially for the economic area. The staff are very friendly and never once has an order not been ready or wrong at the time indicated.”
“I was out with some customers of mine and they recommended stopping here for pizza. We got a cheese pizza and a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. This was honestly some of the best pizza I've had in years. The sauce was great, the crust was great, everything was great. The lady who is the owner served us and she was great too. I will definitely be back here next time I'm in Curwensville.”
“The food is usually pretty good and the staff is fairly friendly. I love that you can order online now! You just order online & it's ready when you get there! Not waiting in line is definitely a nice feature. Just make sure you enter a current phone number because it doesn't alert you online if they are out of something. But they'll call and ask your preference for replacements on sold out items.”
“First time trying Mabel's famous Clearfield ? pizza. What an experience, I was told that they are only opened on Saturday's. I'm not sure if this is true because the website says differently. I know how that goes. My wife called at 7:20 and the wait was over an hour, no biggie, I had to pick up more hoagies/subs from Sid's. No credit cards, cash or check only. $50 fee for bounced checks, which is pretty funny that someone would buy a pizza for a few bucks and bounce a check but I get it, Clearfield is a tough economy, this Nation is a tough economy. Gas is .40 cents more up here.So I get back to the hotel, I tried it, my wife who is not a big pizza person liked it better than last night's Scottios. I thought that it was good, mixed reviews from the kids.”
“Great food and for a Saturday dinner they have a great American style buffet. Hot bar, salad bar and dessert bar.I highly recommend eating here at Spanky's Cafe. It's my second time eating here, but my first time eating during buffet hoursGreat food, service and it's handicap friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: They do not have automatic doors, but there are 2 sets of double doors to enter or single doors to enter. Tables are perfect height a enough room at the table to sit and food placement.”
“Spectacular eating and drinking establishment. Highly recommend for all people of all ages and desires. Outstanding burger and fries. Wings are excellent as well. Cannot praise this place enough. Money well spent.”

“I've been going to Billy's for awhile now and I am addicted to their deep fried stromboli...they are so dang good I get it every time I go...I have also had the fresh cut French fries and I have tried their cheeseburger and they were both delicious but I simply cannot get past the stromboli.”
“Looking for a non chain restaurant with good food when traveling HWY 80? This place is about 5 miles off highway 80 and looks like a typical bar on outside however don’t let that stop you from trying it. Angela the owner takes such pride in her place and ensures it is good food and a friendly experience. We had their hamburgers which were great and the dump sauce on wings was a garlic lovers paradise! Overall great experience and will stop here again when traveling through.”
“Super fu locals joint that I visited multiple times while working on projects in the area. This was my go-to for food, beer, and great bartenders. Fantastic pizza...you literally cannot go wrong with it!”
“Great custard. Had to wait just a bit because they were making another fresh batch of chocolate covered strawberry - one of the flavors of the day. A quart is $7 while the cost of a small cone is 3.49. We got a quart through the drive thru at this location. Recommend giving this place a try. Check online to see the flavors of the day!”
“Relaxing atmosphere. Had some cheese sticks and they are good. I'm not sure why, but I really like the coasters on the bar with a mug of beer that says, "we're glad you're here" it put a smile on face. Would stop back on the way through the area.Cheers!”
“Very chill atmosphere, incredibly sweet and attentive staff and the regulars treat you like you're their best friend even if it's your first time there. I would give it 10 stars if I could”
“Accidental roadside stop has turned into a forever staple for us!Amazing food, great prices and portions! Great small town vibe, tons of love and effort has gone into decorating and maintaining the atmosphere.Service was great, and every time we've been our food has come out very fast!”
“Love this place, joined the “brew Crew” last year due to them having great craft beer. The food is very decent with a slight revolving menu seasonally and their Sunday brunch is coming back after Easter that’s always fun. Service is what makes this place shine, all the ladies are overly helpful and sweet. Run don’t walk!”
“It's a great place to hold Birthday parties, or just let the kids release some energy. Alot of games and decent jungle gym. The golf and laser tag keep the older kids content.”
“Great place for a benefit spaghetti dinner. Bar area. Dinner area. Stairs to walk up to get inside. 2 sets of doors when entering from the front. TVs around bar and on various walls for easy viewing of sporting events. Friendly people. Obvious locals crowd inside during the event. Draft beer and some wine available. Can't really talk about menu or pricing. Didn't use the restroom. Have been there in past four baby shower too. Nice venue and facilities.”
“Only thing to me that is wrong is they allow inside smoking, but didn't smell to smokey on the clothes when we left. They evidently have decent exhaust/filtering system. Food was good as were the prices.”
“This cafe is a gem worth visiting.Whether you’re looking for a light, nutritious lunch or a comforting, savory meal, the menu caters to all tastes without compromising on quality. Each plate was a canvas of color and texture, making the experience not only pleasing to the palate but also to the eye. From the moment I stepped into this charming café, I was enveloped in a warm ambiance that promised good food and comfort. It did not disappoint.1. ? The wrap, a healthier yet equally delectable option, was a testament to the café’s commitment to fresh ingredients. The whole wheat wrap enveloped a mix of fresh greens, juicy tomatoes, and thinly sliced deli meats, offering a perfect bite of freshness with each mouthful. The accompanying fresh celery and carrot sticks provided a refreshing crunch.2. ? The Sandwich, presented on toasted bread with just the right amount of crunch, was a harmonious blend of fresh, crisp lettuce and ripe tomato slices, perfectly complementing the savory slices of meat.3. ? Also, The sandwich was accompanied by a heartyTortilla Soup, a delightful symphony of flavors with a satisfying spicy kick, topped with a playful crunch of tortilla strips and a sprinkle of cheese that melted into the rich broth.”
“I had a chicken sandwich with fries. The bread of the sandwich was delicious. It has the look, texture, and taste of homemade bread. The fries were average, like most restaurant's fries. There wasn't anything that set them apart but they were fried perfectly; not raw in the middle nor overcooked. The prices were a bit higher than you would pay at a fast food restaurant but the quality and portion sizes were well worth the extra dollars. The staff was friendly and helpful without being overly or under attentive. The atmosphere was similar to a diner or casual dining.Overall, I would recommend Buck's Pizza.Parking: Free off street parking beside and in front of the building. Lots of parking spots.”
“Had gone to their "lunch rush" so it was understandably noisy with the higher volume of people. During non-peak times, it is nice and peaceful. Food seems to always seem to be full of flavor.”
“Parking: Pull up, lots of parking (free)Kid-friendliness: Amazing place. Excellent food. The foods I ate were cooked to perfection, moist and very pleasing to my palate. Really fast table service. Very affordable for a party of 4.”
“The food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. The lunch specials are a good deal. The only complaint is the styrefoam containers since hot food can melt it and they are not well sealed. But overall a wonderful takeout chinese restaurant, and a great place to have locally. I hope they stay in business for a long time.”
