We stopped by on our way home to Ohio from our family reunion at Irvin Park. We decided to get some subs for dinner to eat when we got home. The staff was super friendly and our subs were excellent. The sub buns were so fresh. I was super excited to try the raisin filled cookies from the Grain Bin. They were sooo good! We’re probably going to make it an annual stop after our reunion each year.
Efficient, friendly, clean store with a nice variety of ice cream, snacks, candy and other grocery items, plus a convenient, easily accessible parking lot but the best part for me is their subs. I order their regular sub and I’ve never been disappointed. Always fresh ingredients and their sub sauce is exceptional.
So disappointed!!!! I have literally spit out every third bite of my steak sub because of the fat. Worse sub I have had in a long time. Thought this was going to be a treat for supper. Instead I’m making eggs and toast because it is horrible!
I sent the above message to South Side Subs with 45 minutes of purchasing my sub. Two hours later, their only response was a thumbs up😳 I spent $15 for a sub I couldn’t eat plus 4% fee for using my card. Don’t waste your money!!!!!
