“I heard by word of mouth that the Vintage Tavern had the best Philly style cheesesteaks in the Poconos. If you enjoy a great cheesesteak do not make this place anything other than your next stop for one. I also sampled the fries and they were equally spectacular. I will be going back soon! As a bonus they have a late 50s to mid 60s vibe.”

“I can not thank the staff of A Little Pizza Heaven for the amazing Thanksgiving sides you provide. Everything is absolutely delicious! The stuffing is incredible!! Since my mom passed away I haven't enjoyed stuffing until this year when I had yours. Everything is made to perfection! The portions and pricing is also great! On a normal basis, all your meals are fabulous! The staff is kind and courteous. Everything is always fresh and consistent. I can't forget to mention, for dessert cheesecake calzone and s'mores calzone are to die for!! Thanks for all you do!”

“My wife and I are new to the area and wanted to try a new restaurant. I went online and saw that there was a country style diner complete with homemade desserts and huge portions. I had the Barell Burger and my wife had the Blue Burger. First off, you are really taken in by all the great decor in the restaurant. This place reminds me of Country Junction in Lehighton how they have it decorated. The coffee mugs are huge! We had dana and Carly as our servers and when I tell you these two are hands down the happiest waitresses I've ever had wait on us. You really can tell that they love thier customers. We will be back on Sunday for breakfast. Great place.”

The BlackWatch cafe is adorable, cozy, so unique. The selection is so innovative so it has a lot more to offer than just coffee. They definitely have a foam art and they do not disappoint here. They have smoothie that people rave about as well! But can we talk about the building itself? The roaring fireplace at the entry is perfect for a winter’s day or Autumn night! It's loaded with history and decorated with classic literary and fan pieces, interesting conversation pieces, and fun works of art. Not to mention what Pat is doing with the outside patio…. it’s such an asset to Scranton and the sad thing is, no one knows it’s there! do yourself a favor, pass out DD and ⭐️ bucks for the BlackWatch Cafe Nay Aug Park in Scranton,PA!”

“To start the service I received was above and beyond excellence. I placed a take out order and from the moment the man behind the counter learned my name he addressed me as such there forward. That simple act made the experience go from being a normal customer to feeling like I was a local and I had been coming here my whole life. When placing my order any question I could have was answered before I could even think of it. The order was made in great time even though the place was pacted. The food itself was delicious and perfectly cooked.”

In particular the chicken tenders and biscuits surprised me with their exceptional texture and flavor. Tenders crispy and moist on the inside and biscuits NOT dry like KFC or Popeyes—instead peel-apart flaky and buttery. Highly recommend trying this spot!”

“Got food to-go for Valentines Day. We went an hour before they closed and even though they were out of a lot of food, we have no complaints. We ordered what they had left and were not disappointed! The Chicken stew was delicious and the steak and onions were SO good. The empanadas were also out of this world. We've had leftovers for dinner the next night and it was even good reheated. Can't wait to go back!”
