Since the store won’t answer the phone and there is no reply from Corporate here goes...I took Anna to Dunkin at 118 & 415 for an after game Coolatta. As we get home she said she thought she cracked a tooth only to find a sharp piece of plastic came through the straw. I look at the bottom of the cup and another larger piece was at the bottom of the cup!

I love Dunkin’ Donuts I drink 2 to 3 iced coffees a day. The problem I am running in to is sometimes I get it and it taste great other they times they are terrible. I am sick of complaining already I expect my coffee to taste pretty much the same way every time I get it due to the fact I order it the same way. My suggestion would be more training of new employees there a quite a few employees there who are great and then you come a cross the one or 2 who could care less. I suggest...read full review

Dunkin' is a welcoming and clean restaurant with friendly staff. Despite a small mistake in one order, the staff were helpful and efficient. The donuts are delicious, and the service is quick even during busy times. The restaurant is easily accessible for all customers.
