I was in to eat the other night and was greeted by the cashier named Kristen , she was so pleasant and I could tell she was new because I'm a frequent at this arbys and never seen her, but I got to say she took her time was so patient and professional and made sure I had everything correct with my order. As I was sitting and eating just observing. Her interactions with the customers was amazing. She had everyone in there smiling and just satisfied. “I was traveling and stopped in the Drive-Thru on Saturday evening. The staff were so incredibly friendly to the extent where I have never written a review before for a fast food restaurant. And the food to include the fries were fresh. This visit exceeded my expectations.“

“I have been going to the Famous for decades. Always ordered the Hot Dog w/ everything. I recently stopped in abd git my usual 2 dogs with everything and a Strawberry shake. I hatecto say this but the Hot Dogs were horrible. They were dry with a weird texture. I've spoken to several other frequent loyal customers and they said the same thing. They're very friendly and when you asked them to change what they normally do they have no problem doing it for you. The only place left where you can ask for extra anything or add something and it doesn't charge you extra money

Vegetarian options: You can order any sub without me and automatically makes a vegetarian or you can have them put it in a salad instead of on a sub.

Parking: There is about 15 to 20 parking spots but it's a shared location so there are other businesses that use those spots as well“
