“We have only visited here a couple of times. We have loved it more each time. It feels like a neighborhood bar with better lighting!

There are a range of beers on tap. (We like 'a little less conversation' with notes of peanut butter and banana and 'Mother's Little Helper' with notes of coffee and chocolate.)

The place offers a pool table and a pretty good set of seating - inside and out.

“We read a bunch of good reviews about the owner and this pizza. so, even though we don't live close by we decided to try it. Reviews were accurate. great pizza! We had a pie with sweet sause and pep. Thin, and done perfectly. 5 stars! My wife picked it up and said how nice everyone was and the owner had a joke for her. Excellent food and love to support good people. Thank you! We will be back for sure.”

“I’ve been enjoying this sub shop since 1977! Originally owned by the Randello family, I was fortunate to meet Theresa and Maria while a student at St. Cyril Academy. Their family is the best!!! Born and raised in Chicago, I’ve never experienced subs, or cosmos like this! The best EVER! I’ve been returning to Danville since 1981. First stop is always The Danville Sub Shop! Although the original owner has passed, and his family has other businesses in town, it is still as good as I remember! The Cheese Cosmo is the best! My son brought eight home with him the last time we were there!!”

“Always get delicious food and the staff are friendly/polite. My family and I were sat by a table that became obnoxious; I asked our server if we could move tables and keep her as our waitress, at which point the manager allowed it. New table/area was a huge change and made the meal even better!”

“We come to danville every 3 Months for our sons cystic fibrosis appts at the hospital and I’ve been seeing and wanting to try gallera the last few trips and finally got to try it today and it’s very good .we live a about a hour and a half away and it’s good to try something different. Deff recommend”

“I wanted so badly to try this place, and while my hopes were high I did leave a little disappointed. My partner had to keep getting up to ask for drinks, and my breakfast sandwich had an egg undercooked with runny whites. So I ordered a new egg, I usually don’t mind just keeping it simple to which my new egg again had runny whites. Don’t get me wrong I love a runny yolk, but not the white. My partners berry compote French toast was amazing! All in all, if you don’t mind waiting a while to get your drinks(and refills) and at least 35-45 mins for your food, it’s good. It felt understaffed, working in food business before, it seemed the waitresses were overwhelmed for sure.”

“I was in town because my mother was having a surgery while she was napping we went out to grab some lunch and stopped in here. I had a nitro stout that was very good and we all thought the food was excellent. A little pricy for my taste but not overly terrible. My only complaint is our table was a little wobbly. Definitely on of the better breweries I have visited and would definitely eat there again.”

Brandon was the perfect chef, as was his suggestions, that were crafted beautifully, and made to perfection. Nico was exceptional, and an amazing waiter, as was Emma, who catered to our every need. Cathie's drinks, were a hit, and her Old Fashioned with its rose-shaped ice, was our party's favorite. Great place, awesome staff and phenomenal food! I would definitely recommend and entrust this team for an event, or an intimate dinner!”

The gas station attendant was no help in looking up the number for my roadside assistance so I went to burger king next door and they were more then willing to help me out. I just want to say thank you and it meant alot to me!”
