Short staffed
Definitely under staffed, they are very busy only 2 people working
I stop by here almost every morning to grab a hot coffee. Some mornings the line can be long and on the weekends, you’ll see a lot of traffic both through the drive-thru and inside. Granted, it’s right next to I80 and it’s calmer than the Dunkin off of exit 309 so it’s expected. As a rule of thumb, if I grab anything other than a hot coffee (say a drink I know takes time to prepare) I’ll go inside so as not to tie up the drive-thru.
