I've been coming to Pittsburgh barbecue for the past 10+ years and have been big fan of their brisket buying it as a sandwich combo with 1 side and a drink and consistently getting a gut-busting portion of juicy flavorful smoked brisket meat on a hard roll. This last time however noticeably not as good as it used to be. Have times changed?
