Went to get regular coke out of the machine. There was nothing in the machine that wasn't diet, nothing at all!The ketchup dispenser was empty. They had to give us packets instead. This means more trash for the landfill and more cost for the company.Luckily, I saw that there was a second soda machine, and it was fully stocked.Come on, guys, there were only 3 people in the whole dining room. Really, there's no excuse not to keep the soda and ketchup filled.
Just went through the drive thru real quick, ordered a Classic Single BURGER. Got a chicken sandwich in my bag, when I went in to return it to get my burger the staff argued about who was gonna wait on me INFRONT of me. Immature. When I got back out to my car and opened the new sandwich they made for me it was ANOTHER chicken sandwich. I understand this is a Wendys, but step it up.
