Pretty upset with our most recent experience here. We have been coming here for years and usually prefer Pies On to other local pizza places. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza tonight, something we have ordered several times in the past. Super disappointed. Pizza was literally falling apart out of the box and was thin as paper. I get times are tough and it’s hard to find quality staff but I have seen a lot of feedback online about negative experiences lately and now we’ve had ours too. Maybe a smaller, less specialized menu would mean higher quality if your staff can’t preform like they used to.

I was surprised at how much food came with the prices! Even with prices going up, it was nice to see large portions (I’m a fan of taking food home for later haha). I’ve only gone twice with a couple friends but the experiences were pleasant. Our waitress, Lily, was very kind and we discussed hobbies we have in common.The decor is kind of nice, too. Honestly, I had a good time and don’t have any complaints. I’m also glad the pizza wasn’t greasy!

He who eats well, lives well. ...and you'll eat well for at least two meals with Pie's On! We popped in around 8pm on 8/11 for a meal. The owner and staff were super friendly, like having a meal with family. The garlic knots were delicious, but that stuffed pie is to die for. ? 6 toppings, we chose pepperoni, sausage, bacon, pineapple, herded ricotta, and hot peppers. It was a delicious masterpiece. We watched other orders come out while ours was cooking, and those plates looked amazing as well! Lasagna, calzones, pasta dishes, and more ?? We'll be back for more ❤️❤️ Also, we had enough leftovers that the box had to go in the trunk ?

This place is absolutely terrible I go on line for their menu I find what sounds good call they say 2 hrs for delivery pick up is faster no problem so I begin to order they tell me what's on line is an old menu so I said I will call u back so I call them back after further looking at the menu to order 2 dishes they tell me their not doing any dishes tonight it's Friday night what restaurant doesn't do any dinner dishes at anytime every time I call it's always a problem customer service is definitely not their priority never again will I ever order from this place Brother Bruno does a much better customer service

The food is never consistent & sometimes downright disgusting. Our wings were just barely cooked all the way through last time we ordered them. The sauce was completely different from the last time we ordered which was only a month apart, we ordered the same type of wings. How do you mess up mild wings? We also always ask and pay for extra Blue cheese, when we get home from pick up, no blue cheese. The staff is soooo incredibly rude and unprofessional. They also try to steal tips via credit card machine without your knowledge so pay attention to your receipt. I honestly understand why they’re always short staffed. I always want local small businesses to be nothing but successful but this restaurant has been this way for many, many, many years now. The owner is more than aware and just blames his staff, not a great leader in my opinion. I don’t know if they will actually ever change for the good or close their doors for good. It’ll be one or the other.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and 2 pizzas. Some of the pieces of chicken from the salad were raw. My husband called and at first they didn't believe him because she "cut it herself." My husband had to send them a picture of the raw chicken in order to get a refund (on the salad only). I've never been more grossed out by a take out experience. I really think if you send customers home with raw chicken you should be refunded the entire order.

Visiting family here and in our Airbnb there was a flyer for this establishment so we decided to try it out!We walked in (a group of 5) and we were told to sit wherever. After the waitress handed us our menus, took our drink and appetizer order- we were ready to order. We began ordering and THEN we were told that half of the menu was not available due to their cook being away on vacation to NC. We should have been told that half of the menu wasn’t available in the beginning. We then ordered pizza and a BLT. For the BLT, they were out of the bread so then an order was switched to pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni pizza order was wrong- the pizza had no pepperoni. The garlic pizza on the menu states it has no sauce on it- it was brought out with sauce on it. We told the waitress- she argued that no it’s served with sauce. We said we do not want it and she offered free dessert. We said we don’t want charged for it because it’s not what the menu described. She then agreed to take it off of the bill.Went up to pay and was bombarded and yelled at by 3 girls who told me I was wrong and if I wouldn’t have changed my order then the garlic pizza would have been corrected (I wasn’t the one who changed my order so that statement was irrelevant) after the workers looked back at the menu where it says the pizza is served with no sauce.Absolutely no customer service and RUDE RUDE workers. I do not recommend if you are in town.

I am getting so tired of ordering out at restaurants and either not getting what I ordered or the quality is below par. This was the latter. Ordered a chicken parm grinder and the chicken was ice cold, breading was falling off, cheese wasn’t melted and the bread was stale. I think it had been pre-made and frozen. I haven’t a clue if it was even heated, as I said…it was ice cold. Anyway…grandson ate the whole pizza so I guess that wasn’t too bad. Not enough dressing with a large salad comprised of a ton of lettuce a couple grape tomatoes and a couple of onions…another rip off. Chocolate cake was edible and huge. So 1 ⭐️ for the pizza. MWish I had just scrambled some eggs.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Don't waste your time or money coming to this place. It was my 1st visit and I ordered 2 slices of pizza which was barely warm and did not taste good whatsoever. The girls at the front desk have an attitude, ZERO customer service skills, nor do they care. It was also a big deal when I asked for condiments (oregano)and was even denied a condiment (vinegar)!! If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!!!

Ordered by telephone for pickup. On arriving was informed that they only serve large or small. I had plainly asked for medium. The owner was belligerent and did not offer any sort of allowance or apology for 2 large that we had not ordered. Sadly the other pizza restaurant in the area is closed on Mondays so we took the pizzas. Turned out they were extremely substandard. Will never patronise this place again and we recommend you go elsewhere.

Ordered pizzas and wings from them and got them back to the family. 1 was just wrong and both were doughy and not fully cooked. The wings were also not cooked through and, blood red at the bone. I turned around and brought them back and they pretty much told me to go pound salt because a few slices were missing from the one pie and the raw unfinished wing was tossed back into the box. I got stuck bringing them back to the house, throwing them in the oven and finishing them myself. At that point all of us vowed never to order from there again. And none of this would have happened if they were just respectful and made good on my order.

Nope. Keep looking. Undercooked pizza, undercooked burger, everything dripping in oil, sauces bland, the buffalo sauce had separated.. The fried stuff was rubbery.. And they forgot our soda. Complete waste of $80Edit: 3am now. Spent the night in the bathroom after writing this, wish I just cooked instead.They should be shut down before someone gets really sick

Absolutely horrible! When we picked up the order there was mass confusion. We ordered a chicken parm pizza, fried Calamari and, fried raviolis! We got a pizza with sliced tomatoes and mozzarella which was awful, sauce was awful! We did not get any dipping sauces and no taste! When i called she said they ran out of containers for any dipping sauce and did not address that we were charged for a chicken park pizza and then hung up on me!! Worst service and food!!!! Very disappointed and no customer service at all!

Currently visiting in Dingmans Ferry. Unexpectedly had out-of-state guests needing food quickly. Everything that was ordered arrive hot right out of the oven. It was flavorful, large portions and my guests really enjoyed their food. We ordered fried calamari, chicken gyro, manicotti, portabello mushrooms, eggplant rollatini, side salads, soup, brushetta, and the sides that come with them. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I will be ordering from here again!
