“Recently went to SideStreet for lunch with a group of seven. Server was friendly & efficient. Three ordered flat bread pizza, very good, thin & crusty. Beef sliders, excellent, a panini with grilled chicken & roasted peppers, great sandwich, also all sandwiches came with good helping of fries, very good. We ordered some onion rings & fried zucchini as apps, all good. Two people ordered salad, one with shrimp, the other with chicken,major disappointment! Terrible romaine, wilted & chicken & shrimp difficult to find, also packaged dressing. Moral of the story, don't order salad where they serve Bar Food! Will go here again, enjoyed the lunch.”

“This is our go to for local Chinese food. Their dumplings are great. Hot and sour is delish, and all entrees are full of fresh veggies. They are nice and efficient. I ranked atmosphere low because it's a take out only.”

“Great local bar. Friendly locals and good food. The owner and staff are very accommodating. They even have PA Skill games! They have daily specials including happy hour everyday from 5 to7. There is free pool on friday nights and free jukebox on saturday nights. Occasionally they have live music that is pretty damn good.”

“The food is always cooked to perfection whenever i order & the service is warm,friendly & inviting. I order from there weekly & am never disappointed from the quality of the items to the very generous pricing for everything on the menu & the wait time that is almost always pleasantly earlier then expected. The deliver driver with the painted finger nails is also always to my door in a reasonable time & without making my order look trashed & a very respectable young man. Would highly recommend this place if your ever in the area & down for a great slice or two !”

“Dare I say the best wings I’ve had in quite some time. Came at an off time so was in between lunch and dinner but we made it work with our food choices. Perfect rustic cabin vibe, just what you would expect in the area. Have been here before & will be back sooner than later.”

“Absolutely charming riverside cafe with great food, worth a few hours’ trip to explore the quaint town. Check out the historic water wheel at the back of the restaurant and the rustic shops in the neighborhood.Order the croissant creme brûlée French toast if it’s offered as a special, but split it among 2-4 people as it’s too cloying otherwise. I normally dislike French toast but this one just hit different. The croissant soaked up the custard like a sponge, while the edges crisped up nicely. It’s a bread pudding, really. The plain croissant off the pastry shelf wasn’t that good, though, as it tasted more like bread than a flaky pastry.The smoked salmon is a recommend. It’s a very light meal on its own, though, so you might need to order a pastry or side.”

“This is a fantastic old time diner. Nice neat, clean, well lite. Great food with very fair prices, fast service. Will be returning.Parking: Be careful if traveling southbound on 206 because it's 2 ways in each direction and you have to get in left lane then cross on coming cars.”

“I just had a Greek salad with chicken and it was easily the best I have ever had. Everything was fresh and delicious. The salad isn't cheap but it is worth every penny. The portion is huge and is more than enough to split for two people. I highly recommend and will definitely be trying other menu items!”

“Waitress/bartender was all alone except for one other worker serving tables occasionally. They did an awesome job serving tables with how busy it was tonight 8/6. I was not in a rush to go anywhere so I was patient with the service, as she had a packed house to deal with. Ordered the Flatbrook Wings and the Little Flatbrook Burger. The little burger is perfect if you don’t want to eat too much. They have a bigger version too which is 1/2 pound. It was cooked to a perfect Medium Rare and everything else was perfect. My second visit here. Worth it. Thank you, Flatbrook Tap House!”

The chicken cordon bleu bites, cheddar broccoli soup, mushroom brie soup, and coleslaw were great.Interesting outside area of shops and a cute small duck pond that we took pictures by.We got here at 5:50pm and the stores were already lock and closed everyone was gone, even though the hours said they are open till 6pm Would have liked to go in an shop in the little shops. Wished they were opened a little later, missed the opportunity. Definitely would stop by again if back in the area.”

They have organic coffee, tumeric lattes, gluten free quiche and pastres, baked sourdough bread, and so many healthy dye free snacks and indulgences. The other building two doors down has smoothies and essential oil and natural homeopathic items and teas. A must go place for health conscious people who want to put good food or medicine in their bodies. Always love coming here and trying their new gluten-free pastries of the day! Parking is off the main road on broadstreet so parallel park to side or park further and walk. Bathroom available on smoothie side. “Decent dirty water dogs. Like everything else prices, have gone up. I had one with chili, raw onions and mustard. Chili has beans. Also had two with mustard and kraut. My friend had three hot dogs as well. Six hot dogs and one drink came to almost $27. After I was finished eating, I tried a sample of the hot onions. They have a unique flavor. She uses franks red hot sauce and other ingredients. Tasty. I will definitely come back here.”

“I can only account for the broiled captain’s combo, as it’s been my go-to dish every time I’ve ordered (dine in or takeout) for over 15 years now. A haddock filet with a crumb topping, 5 or 6 scallops, 6 or 7 shrimp and two sides. Can’t go wrong with the red potatoes and rice. The broiled combo is, without a doubt, the most delicious dinner I’ve ever had. The portion is large enough for two people even. It tastes exactly the same every single time I order it. Top it off with a slice of cheesecake with raspberry drizzle. Does a body good.”

“Cozy bar with reasonable prices! We stayed in a newly opened Cobmin Ridge Motel. The best motel rooms I have ever seen and I travel a lot! Very modern. I wish the bar from inside and out is more updated. Its a great busy road and this business can make so much more money with some simple updates.”
