They don’t know how to use the mobile app when you order on there I ordered the pens dinner pack for $20 and only got not even half of it and the fries were nasty cold and mushy I hate ordering from there their food is never fresh and hot and it seems like if you ask them to make your food/fries fresh and crispy they don’t listen
The restaurant was very dirty. Trash on the floor, tables not wiped off and soda area full of soda and water etc.
Garbage was full and needed to be emptied and windows were filthy.
It would take one person doing this per shift to make the place look nice.
