Always a great meal and window tables have great views. . Amber the hostess is amazing and Pat our server was very attentive. The beef short rib special should be added to the regular menu, outstanding! The salmon dinner was perfectly prepared and all 4 of us had to start with the “best in the world “ mushroom soup. And we took a few quarts of mushroom soup home. Can’t wait for our next trip to the mountains

Eat here at your own risk. We were served bad muscles as an appetizer. When we questioned our server she responded that others were complaining as well. I used to recommend this place to others visiting our area. I will no longer.

Wow, the food at this place is amazing! The smoked salmon is some of the best I’ve had and the presentation of the food is superior. Service was excellent and the setting of the outdoor seating is beautiful. If this restaurant wasn’t 3+ hours from home it would be a regular spot for me. If you visit the Laurel Highlands and want fresh, flavorful food, make this a destination.

The food was really good! The cocktails were okay. I wish there had been a few more selections on the menu. It is a little pricey but the price reflects the level of service and quality of food. It was sat evening and we did not have reservations but only had to wait about 15 minutes.

We LOVE this restaurant. We only get here when we drive from NJ to OH every other year or so, but we always make a point to stop in both directions. It’s not far off Interstate 76 and is worth the drive. Make note of the days they are closed though - we learned the hard way that they are closed on Monday. That was a disappointing trip.
The pork belly deviled eggs and the truffle fries and the wagu burger are some of our favorites. 10/10, highly recommend.

August 2025 - Pulled in from the turnpike for lunch. Service, atmosphere and pricing was great. The mushroom soup is outstanding. The outside deck has great views. We make many trips out to the mid west we will stop in again for sure. You can't go wrong eating here.
