We had Hillbilly BBQ cater a surprise birthday party for us. JR did a fantastic job! Brisket, pulled pork, meatballs, Mac n Cheese, mashed potatoes, and roasted veggies. Delivered on time and tasted great.
We stumbled across this food truck and I'm glad we did! Quick and Friendly service with great prices, something hard to find nowadays. My daughter and I had the brisket sandwich, coleslaw, and mac&cheese plenty enough food to share. The sweet brisket was so good and my only complaint would be a little bit of bbq sauce with it. The mac and cheese was awesome! We will definitely be back!!
