At the luncheon itself, Deanna calmly dealt with drink orders and special requests with patience and efficiency. The whole mood of the luncheon was uplifted by Giovanni’s culture, not to mention the excellent food! It could not have been a more beautiful experience.“

“We had an incredible meal at Italian Delite! The standout for me was the crab cakes — perfectly crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and paired with an aioli sauce that was absolutely to die for. I could’ve eaten that combo all night!

The steak sandwich was hearty and delicious, and the fries with gravy were the perfect comfort food side. Our server, the owners’ daughter, was fantastic — warm, friendly, and so attentive. You can really feel the family pride and care in everything they do. And their prices can't be beat. We can’t wait to come back!“

Francis is a true master in the kitchen, each time we visit the menu is different, and I’ve yet to have anything short of incredible. The entire staff is friendly and passionate about the food and atmosphere of the cafe. Our favorite waitress Reelika always explains the menu so well and makes it such a fun experience. Early Tuesday dinner in their indoor dining room led to some very nice private and attentive service by excellent server Debby. We enjoyed expertly crafted cocktails, steamed mussels, fresh garden salads and entrees of Salmon+Crab Oscar and Steak Gorgonzola Pasta. “By far the best pizza in Pottstown, we ordered the Large Sausage Pizza and Plain Cheese Pizza, plus Italian Hoagie and Cheesesteak. The food is amazing and delicious. The Buffalo Egg Rolls are meaty and very flavorful. Everything is good here including the french fries.“

“We moved to Berks county 3 1/2 years ago and I’m so upset we just discovered this gem of a place! We have been looking for great pizza (and frankly, any good restaurants) since we moved here from Bucks with no luck. And finally, we have found THE pizza. It’s everything you want in a great pizza from the thin, crispy crust to the sauce to the generous delish toppings. My son was told about this place from some guy at a gas station and we took a chance and so glad we did! Seriously, there is no good pizza in Berks county except this place! The building and indoor atmosphere isn’t much but it’s the food that counts. Let me tell you.Take a chance!“
