“Everything at this place is awesome. The food drinks the atmosphere. I went during the summertime and was at the outside tables and pretty much turned into a big party. Everybody talking about the group really awesome experience took me back to pre-Covid days.“
“This place rocks. Small diner set with a jukebox theme that takes you back to the 60's. We walked in with a party of 6 on a Sunday morning and were accommodated right away. The service was great, food was good (what you would expect to see at a diner), and prices are fair. They do offer specials and fun dishes like M&M pancakes and stuffed waffles. Kid friendly, clean bathrooms, overall lovely place.“
“My coworkers and I are regular customers at Panera. I have never had an unpleasant interaction with any of the staff, they are always unfailingly kind and polite. It makes me smile to take a break and go pick up my food because everyone is so nice. The food is good and I will go out of my way to visit this location even when I'm not working nearby. Any issues with my orders have always been remedied quickly and to my satisfaction. I think a lot of people who lack more interesting pursuits like to complain about minor inconveniences to fuel their sense of entitlement; especially in a miserable do-nothing town like Pottstown (a town that is, itself, the reason it can't have nice things). I have to assume that's what happened to this Panera's ratings, because they've never let me down and I eat there like twice a week or more. Shout out to Kevin for always being a real one. “Placed our order and after it was ready I realized I ordered the wrong bowl. Apparently I ordered a Mediterranean bowl instead of a Baja. The manager Brenda not only had them make me a new bowl but wouldn’t charge me the difference and gave me a takeout for the mistaken order my Baja bowl was great as usual as was my husband’s bacon avocado sourdough melt.and my autumn squash soup. True customer service and good food!“
“I had stopped coming here for a long time, but decided to give it another shot. As often happens, there are new owners who have done a great job in revitalizing the food. Absolutely recommend giving a try, especially if it’s been a while since you’ve been here.“
