They have the best food. I would eat there every day if I could. They are good people and I have never had a problem with the service. I assume some reviews are just because of the cultural differences and most people aren't accustomed to it.
The food quality is good. The lady behind the counter seems like she needs something in her life that nobody could possibly give her. I don't get her. Just plain rude. Well ordered my food and noticed that the bill seemed a little high. Went to store to shop and told her I'd be back for it. They used to stuff the trays. Now you barely get anything and on top of the lack of food it seems she overcharged me by like 13 dollars. So I got home added it up. Ordered 2 general tso chicken...read full review

idk why there are so many complaints on here. they always get my order right, and it's always ready by the time I get there, which is always within 15-20 minutes. every once in a while, there's a minor issue in quality or accuracy, but nobody's perfect. and my good experiences*far* outnumber negative experiences.
