One of the worst Subways I’ve experienced when it comes to customer service, however both near Dover are pretty terrible. Don’t greet you or speak when you come in, makes you wait till they’re done talking, worst attitudes when talking to customers, slamming bottles, rolling eyes, takes 10 minutes to make 1 sub. This after multiple visits. If they got paid more, maybe you wouldn’t need to hire crap teenagers/young adults.
The customer service sucked!!!
The bathroom was really dirty.
I believe it was the owner that took our order.
He was rude because I ordered a protein pocket and you can “only” have what the description says. No substitution. The younger girl was also rude.

The service here was outstanding and the food was good. But four 6 inch subs and a few cookies cost us almost $40. Not great value.

Subway offers great service and delicious subs. Customers appreciate the friendly and efficient employee, Jacob, who provides outstanding service. Despite some complaints about stale bread and obstructed meat selection, Subway is a clean and welcoming place to grab a quick bite. With ample parking available, Subway is a convenient choice for a fast and tasty meal.
