Use the app to scan items while you shop and you can skip the checkout. They also have a great option to order for delivery to your car if you can plan ahead. Never stand in line again!

Always easy to get a great tasting cake with customization

I still hate the way things are disorganized in the store.... It was much better before they changed last year....

Though I am stuck going to BJs based on tge proximity to my home, and the distance of Costco in Glen mills, I would say that BJs does not even come close in products and deals to Costco. If Costco is a Disney world, BJs is Six flags or Dorney. Always trying to immitate and never coming close. The bakery leaves a lit to be desired. Good people but quality of product is just not there.

Food was good but some employees, and an off duty employee were having inappropriate conversation.

This morning I was at my BJ’s Club in Downingtown, PA. I was there right around 9am as it opened but missed the stock of the multipack of Clorox Disinfectant Wipes. Another customer told me she found them up at the front of the store as you walk in. I rushed there only to find a BJ’s employee moving the empty wooden crate that had the wipes on it. I was so disappointed and I asked him if by any chance there were anymore. I’m not sure if I walked right by them when I came in the store, but I knew deep down that I had looked in that area when I first walked in the store. I walked away disappointed, second guessing if I truly walked right by them when I first arrived. Later while shopping, I saw that same employee I saw earlier. He asked if I was the woman he spoke with earlier. I said, “Yes, I am.” He took a multipack of Clorox Wipes from a box he had on his flatbed cart and gave it me. I was so grateful to him! He had found an extra pack in the back storage rooms where they had kept extra for refilling the wipe station for sanitizing carts. I was so very excited and grateful! This thoughtful and helpful employee’s name is Rodney. He was so thoughtful to find the extra pack of wipes and find me in the store to give to me! Rodney was also so kind and pleasant, and, despite his mask, I could tell he had a awesome friendly smile! Thank you again, Rodney! I will pay forward your act of kindness! #RodneyIsGreat_Downingtown_BJsWholesaleClub

good policies on safety, reasonable supply levels, fairly speedy checkout considering.

While shopping the location in Downingtown PA, on Friday afternoon, an already busy time, I found myself approached no less than five times by persons trying to sell me, in “Carnival Barker style” services I am not interested in and will never purchase in this fashion. The last person was trying to sell me something affiliated with Microsoft, by walking up to me and saying “hey, I have a quick question for you.” In addition to interrupting the conversation I was having with my wife, these people were blocking an already busy isle. I will stop shopping at BJ’s if this continues.

I should be used to waiting an hour for my Deli meats at this location. It's infuriating. Always one person scheduled and by chance if there's two, one is slicing for the self serve counter. The employees are very polite and try the best they can. Obviously, management could care less about their customers amd their employees. Several people have walked up and grabbed a number only to walk away. 40 Mintues and counting... still 6 customers away!

After 11 years of membership I cancelled both my membership and my BJ's Mastercard today. I had enough and feel foolish for paying for a membership to a place that has little regard for their customers.

One register open....self checkouts keep stopping to put your stuff in your cart. If it's like this next time I'm leaving all my stuff in the cart and walking out.
