MOD Pizza Reviews
Was excellent, pre Mario Bros. Movie cuisine
Customer service and vibe were incredible yesterday! The staff on 11/26 around 1pm deserve a huge shout out- I have been working in the service industry for 25+ years and when I see excellent customer service, it needs to be celebrated. These guys were fun, friendly, and made the whole restaurant feel happy. As we were leaving they all said good bye and thank you and even remembered my son's name from our order. Just excellent!
First time trying mod and the environment here is amazing, very energetic customer service!!! Employees have the most brightest smiles. I’m definitely going to come back !
MOD Pizza offers a variety of options, including the BEST pizza with spicy calabran sauce. Vegetarian choices are available, although more veggie toppings would be appreciated. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere and the opportunity to leave messages while waiting for your food. They also cater to dietary restrictions like dairy-free cheese. Customers often praise the friendly service, with staff members being fun, friendly, and making the environment feel happy. One staff member even went above and beyond to help a customer with a car issue. The staff's bright smiles and energetic attitude create an amazing vibe that keeps guests coming back. Recently, a chef felt a customer's pizza wasn’t up to standard and made a new one free of charge, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, MOD Pizza is a great place to enjoy delicious pizza and exceptional service, making it a favorite spot for many.
