They offer dairy-free cheese, which is why we visited in the first place.Why we come back is the friendliness and service by the team, especially Rich. We were greeted at the door, served promptly, restaurant was clean and we were checked on after to make sure everything was good.It happened to be a freezing night after a snow storm and our car battery actually wouldn't start. So we came back inside to call roadside assistance and wait. Rich came over and asked if he could help out and ended up giving us a jump start and got us on our way. That is definitely going above and beyond.Will definitely return for some pizza and excellent service! Thanks again Rich and team!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free cheese

A friend of mine raved about MOD in his area so we gave it a try. We went for lunch on Wednesday and unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience. The staff didn't seem very happy so I'm not sure what was going on? One guy on the staff kept staring at us though. Maybe it was harmless but it came across as really creepy. We were over charged (ordered a mini and a MOD) but got charged for 2 MOD's. The pizza was not good. Toppings were scarce and the pizza was bland. Plates were stacked up around the trash can, so I'm not sure how long they had been there.We will not be back.

MOD pizza is good until you try the far superior Snap in Exton.Their pizza is good pizza but I got the equivalent of what Snap called Hot Little Honey but at MOD they don't have fresh mozzarella, the pepperoni isn't as good, and their hot honey sauce just tastes like honey. They also don't have a lot of other ingredients like goat cheese, arugula, and I feel like their hot honey sauce is a new addition.Their service is probably quicker and everyone was friendly. The restaurant was clean and orderly.I just feel like for pizza that is pretty equal in price I'd rather go to Snap but MOD is still a decent pizza.P.S. their dessert cake thingy is awful, don't waste your $4 on the bland chocolate cake or the carrot cake that they're labeling as pumpkin spice cake. I've got nothing positive to say about those cakes.

The worst pizza we had. Cleanliness is out of the question. The counter to keep pizza dough is not cleaned often. I asked the baker to change gloves agter touchinh meat. Asked for veggie pizza and the pizza baker added ton of roasted onions . Slightly bitter in taste.Overall a bad pizza. I will not go back again.
Not so great place for thick crust pizzas. I've come here now than 10 times and ordered both thin and thick crusts, thin's are ok, but thick crusts never came out fully cooked dough - even after specifically asking.Customer service is always below average, they are never welcoming. They don't even know how to put the ingredients in the pizza, they are always uneven.

Don't trust the listed hours on Google. We checked before leaving and Google listed closing time on Sat as 11:00PM. We pull up at 8:25PM and they had closed at 8:00! Frustrating, especially since Google claims the business had confirmed their hours a week ago!

I and my family had dinner there tonight and I'm really sad to write a bad review. Now my son never complains about this place, however he did tonight. The management has changed, some of the staff has changed and the food is not great like it used to be. My son had more sauce than pizza. The dough was tough. I'm a baker so I know good dough. The toppings were lest than appetizing and the cheese bread sticks lacked...well cheese. I hope they get it together soon.
