I enjoy some buffalo wild wings every now and then. They had a special for wing day so I used it. Their wings are normally delicious. Today the only problem was that some of the wings were extra hairy that I was pulling off hair and little partial feather tips. They only stood out because of the seasoning and sauce on the wings. They are not usually this feathery so I'll just say this is a one off... but the seasoning was delicious and glad they brought back wedges!

Came in here after a movie (around 10:20pm) - there's a UFC fight happening & I will tell you our food came out perfect & service was excellent by everyone.
Hunter who sat us was very pleasant, made sure our table was wiped clean with another server. He held both doors for my father on our way out.
Our server Chloe was amazing as well with a beautiful smile and very patient!! We truly appreciated how every staff member that walked by asked if we were ok or needed anything.
One of the best BWW I've been too. For how busy it is, they may be slightly understaffed at the moment but it's clean & the food was excellent!!

Best place to watch sports, eat wings, and have a beverage. Great selection of wings flavors. The hot cauliflower things are also a very good alternative for a vegetarian Buffalo wings. Service was great and very friendly.

We visited here on the way home from visiting my wife's mother at St Martha’s Villa. It was early in the lunch hour but there was still quite a crowd. We were seated immediately in a booth that we asked for. Our server was quick to the table and the Restaurant Manager brought out our food because our server was helping another table. That's a big plus in my book when the Manager steps in to help out!

I ordered 5 of the specials they were running and they were for 6pm pick up. They were cold and really poor quality. Fries frozen cold and wings too I ended up having to reheat everything I live less than 10 minutes from the location in Downingtown. My guests were commenting that it was all cold. I won't be ordering there again.

Everything was great. Boneless wings with Buffalo Sauce; the bone-in wings with Spicey Garlic Sauce; the crispy Tater Tots; the breaded and fried Pickle slicez and even the coleslaw! I'm not a huge fan of sloppy coleslaw and this was just right. I had the Bleu Cheese dip which was also good. The large beer increased my tab so don't be afraid of my total bill.

We have been to BWW at several locations and love it. However, the one at Downingtown is mediocre at best.
- The sauce coating for wings is a joke. Traditional wings are almost always dry with hardly any sauce on them - especially the thai curry. - I ordered 6 wings but only got 5. I have seen few others complain in the reviews that they also received less wings than what they ordered. - Whenever I add sides like Southwest Ranch in to-go orders, they always miss it. It’s frustrating to pay and not get it. We’ll end up eating potato wedges without any ranch, which makes it so bland and dry.
These can be fixed easily, yet they don’t pay attention and leave customers with a bad experience.
If the management is seeing this - please see that these issues are fixed at Downingtown location.
