Some of the reviews are pretty bad but I must say we had a good experience! First time here for us……Alyssa was a wonderful server, we had our food in good time, we tried 4 different flavors of wings (all were delicious) and their salads are huge and taste amazing!

I placed a pick up order. It wasn’t even ready half an hour after it was supposed to. When I reached there to collect it, the hostess told me that it would be ready in 5 minutes but it was not ready for another 15’. Then, when it finally arrived, the hostess hands me the order simply saying “Here you go”! No explanation for the gross delay, no apology, nothing! In a nutshell, my pick up order was ready 45 minutes after the scheduled time. Suffice to say I will not be coming here again!
On the other hand, it does have a good sports bar type atmosphere. I do hope that others have a better experience than I did!

I had very bad experience not one time two times. Beware of this they will give wrong order less wings count. Today I was highly disappointed order 20 boneless wings gave only 17 after going home I realized called to get explanation on this. They just kept call on hold waited to at least they will be held some responsible but on hold forever. Never go to place from today. Thankyou Buffalo wings for your behavior towards customers.

Dietary restrictions: You can find an allergy friendly menu on line and still have some good selection.

Not a very good experience. We were asked to wait 30 mins for a table where 60% of tables were vacant. No vegetarian options. Service is very slow. The guy who was assigned to our table was serving others ( there were a bunch of college girls) and did not respond well. After a long wait another girl came to our table asking “if all good”, she then took care of our table, which was pretty smooth after that. May be one of the days when all went wrong this evening.

Ordered food through doordash, they shipped half the wrong food, and guess what- you aren't getting your food unless you go pick it up despite paying a premium and tip through doordash. This place is an unreliable waste of time and not customer friendly.
I'm not filling out some form on your website either- that's YOUR responsibility and lack of quality control. Your manager there already knows what happened.

2 1/2 hours for our total visit. Never gave us napkins or our starters. Were out of ever drink that I asked for until the question was raised "well what do you have?". Took another hour for our food. In the 2 1/2 hours I was there i was only able to get one plate of wings for the all you can eat before asked for the second to go. The food was the regular BWW quality but the service was absolutely horrible. If I could rate the service as zero I would, never returning.
