I went in tonight (11/11) with rewards on my account, didn’t work as usual on the app so I showed them the rewards at the front. At this location and Exton, I’ve had them rering and fix it for me several times before. Whoever is working up front kept claiming there’s “no way” to fix it and would not help me, clearly just did not want to go through the process even though I explained I’ve done this at this location several times before.
