Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

Very nice staff, clean restaurant, sandwiches were fast and well made. It was a good price for quality too. Will definetly be coming back!

love this shop and will be coming back again. shout out to the two employees working on 10/30 who were short-staffed and tired but did their best to make it happen for me. my mans joshua whipped up my sandwich so fast even though im sure they were exhausted, and it was TASTY as HECK. i had a roughhhh day at work and he absolutely made my entire day. 10/10 would (constantly) eat here again

Ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up via the app. I ordered extra cheese and was charged for it, yet it was not on the sandwich, despite writing my request in the comments as well as checking the box. It’s not the first time I’ve been charged for things I didn’t get. Both sandwiches were very dry. The Cole slaw was dry and there was minimal thousand island dressing on both sandwiches.I’ve moved here from Delaware and am used to the original Capriotis high quality The one in Dowingtown needs learn from the original on how to make their subs. Way overpriced for a substandard sub. I’m sad to say my days of being a capriotis fan are over :(

Bobbie Sandwich was nothing special a little dry but there was a bone in it. Fries were good and crispy

Best sandwich I’ve ever had

They really skimp on the meat here. My cheesesteak was mostly bread. It’s a shame because I remember the quality being better before. Maybe something changed.

Horrible service for takeout!

Run don't walk. SERIOUSLY over priced. First time there for a takeout order on 5/19 3 to 3:15. The ding at the entrance indicating a patron entered was NOT only ignored but the woman on duty had her back to us and was eating and texting. She NEVER acknowledged we were there. Great place to rob ...lousy place to get an overpriced crappy meal. Don't know how they will survive. Just as well

Delicious hot sandwiches and Capistrami fries.

First time trying Dtown location. Used to go to Exton. We were in town , called in for 2 bobbis. Wimpiest sandwiches we ever had. Maybe half in stripe of Turkey, not even all the way across the roll, even less stuffing, thin stripe of cranberry sauce. Basically a bread sandwich. We bought 2 18” to share. $45. Ended up having to order supplemental pizza. Happy Mother’s Day. Won’t be back

They gave me no cheese on my hoagie and also was very sloppy and disgusting. I called to voice my opinion and I was hung up on the phone called back three times. No one answered worst experience ever do not eat here.
