Dry, every time, even if it's slathered in mayo. The subs here are pretty average, put together pretty poorly, and are far too dry and somehow slathered for my taste. I went back thinking maybe it was a fluke seeing how positive the other reviews are, same thing, dry thrown together sandwich.

The women at the counter were rude both times when I went to pick up my order which was supposed to have already been completed. The first time I was ignored at the counter so long I almost walked out, the second she could barely even bother to look up at me as I attempted to check out. Rude workers, mediocre sandwiches, maybe it's just this location. Oh well.

Ordered the Wagyu cheese steak, when I arrived home noticed that the wrapper of my sandwich was completely soaked in grease along with a portion of my paper bag. I thought it was odd but decided to eat anyway. Half through eating my greasy sandwich I got a foul smell and it was in fact coming from my sandwich. Needless to say I woke up the following day with extreme stomach pains. The pain continued horribly for a day or two. Unfortunately I now have been dealing with odd stomach issues since then and it's been 2 months! Never again will I order from here..be careful.

Place an ubereats order at 11:15, it took almost 2 hours to arrive. Manager was rude and hung up in my face. Would not recommend.

Food is fresh, amazing and 10/10 personable service. Had a small issue with our order and Matthew was very understanding and went above and beyond to fix it.Love this place, wish we lived closer.

I had been going to the Capriotti’s location in Exton for years. Since moving to Downingtown, the experience has improved above what was already a great value. The rolls are perfection, the amount of quality ingredients on the subs easily worth the value.The Bobbie is an excellent departure from the usual sub spots. A taste of Thanksgiving any time of year. The turkey is always so fresh. I do like their cheesesteaks as well. They’re best when you’re eating in and get them right off the grill.My wife is vegetarian, and she loves that all of the menu items have an equivalent vegetarian option. The veggie Cole turkey is a winner, and the impossible cheesesteak is so close to the regular cheesesteak you almost can’t tell them apart.

Walked in and the owner greeted us with a smile. Great food definitely a hidden gem. Best place to get a sandwich by far.

I really don’t get up here as often as I would like, but whenever I do I make it my business to stop here for lunch, never disappointed. My sandwich is always fresh. The service, is great and always pleasant.

Kai was hustling and despite our wait. She was attentive snd she did a fabulous job despite only herself and Luisa
