Dunkin' Donuts in Downingtown

“I love the Downingtown location! Staff is so reapectful. At the Parkesburg Location, I had ordered a sandwich and when we got it the thing was burnt to a point of no return. Also they gave us the wrong coffee. When I called to let them know, the owners never called me back. The so called shift leader blew me off! I absolutely hate going to a place that disrespect their customers as well as their employees. I would rather drive to Downingtown then to return to Parkesburg dunkin!“

“I’ve been to many Dunkin Donuts in my life. I moved to the area 2 years ago and I’ve got to say, this location has staff that doesn’t serve stale food or let anything sit out. I had had the freshest old fashioned donut I’ve ever had in my life here (I was blown away I didn’t think such a freshness was possible). I usually frequent the drive thru, they have it down to a science of getting people out quick. Many times I’ve pulled in 8:50am like 10 cars deep and in no time I’m out!

“I can't believe I'm giving a Dunkin' a 5-star review. Just came here out of necessity to work while I waited for my car to get inspected, and ended being very pleasantly surprised. The whole place has been renovated and is really a nice environment and atmosphere for work. The donuts looked fresh, but I didn't get any. I got an iced coffee, and it was miles better than iced coffee used to be at Dunkin'. I'm excited to try their iced coffee with blueberry flavoring and cream next time. They also have order kiosks - the whole experience feels modern and much more chic than I ever thought possible with Dunkin', which I usually associate with lameness and expensive but old-feeling stuff.“

“They are so friendly they gave me dounts for free when i come in , they are so nice , orders are on time , their coffe are so good they mix is so well and that gave the good taste , the food are so good too
