Love the burgers , fries and service and parking, but my God it's cheaper to go out to a seafood dinner. It's very expensive but once in a while it's worth it.

My sons and I love their burgers and fries, a treat after shoe shopping, always a good time. Both my sons are on the autism spectrum. This chain gives us a safe, low-key, happy family environment for our neuro-spicy family. If you like burgers and fries, give them a try. A large fry is still too much for the 3 of us, but we took home the extras for the grandparents. They reheat splendidly.

I visited the Five Guys in Downingtown around 7 PM last night to pick up dinner for my husband and myself, and unfortunately the experience was extremely uncomfortable. I understand they were busy at the time, and I’m always patient when a restaurant is dealing with a rush, but the way I was treated by the cashier was completely unnecessary.
The man taking orders — a tall, heavy-set white man with blond hair — was abrasive from the moment I stepped up to the counter. There was no one behind me in line, yet he acted irritated that I took a moment to place my order. When I asked for a cheeseburger with bacon, he responded in a condescending tone, telling me “that’s called a bacon cheeseburger,” as if I should have known better. It was unnecessarily rude and made me feel talked down to.
He then went on to mention that they had done “$1,600 in an hour,” implying that he was overwhelmed and that I was somehow adding to the problem — something no customer should be made to feel. Being busy is not an excuse to treat people disrespectfully.
Once my order was placed, I waited for my food, and thankfully another employee in the back handed me my bags. He was very kind and professional, and I appreciated that. However, the cashier’s behavior lingered — when I walked out, he loudly said goodbye in a way that felt sarcastic and intentionally uncomfortable, even though he hadn’t said anything to other customers who walked out before me. It genuinely felt like he was trying to intimidate or embarrass me.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Being busy does not justify being rude, condescending, or making customers feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this, because the behavior from that one employee overshadowed what could have been a normal visit.
Darn, I feel kind of like however you be

Service was not bad. Our cashier didn't look too happy taking our order but maybe he's having a bad day. Place is clean and the burgers needed some salt and pepper.

Ordered a cheeseburger and made it a combo for 6.99. When she handed me my order it had just the small cup with hardly and fries. So I asked about the extra scoop and she turned around. Came back and asked what I needed and I said “you guys always add an extra scoop of fries in the bag. She with attitude she put fries in another small cup with hardly any it and handed it to me. I’m not paying 6.99 for 8 fries. Ridiculous.
This location Has a employee with the red hair with a nasty attitude and don’t know how to deal with people
HORRIBLE - Slow slow slow.. employees don't even acknowledge you and seem annoyed to be working. The employees and even the manager are awful. don't even get me started on the prices. WONT BE BACK.

This is my favorite location by far. I go weekly because the food and service is always on point. The place is also very clean and welcoming. We come here to eat before going to the nearby movie theater as a ritual. 🖤

One criticism of this five star restaurant. They really need to upgrade their tomatoes. It is tomato season all over the country and five guys tomatoes are terrible.

I've been to this particular Five Guys restaurant multiple times, and this location seems to be better than other Five Guys restaurants. They're faster to get your order ready, and my orders have always been correct. They have peanuts available for everyone to eat while you await your order, and this location seems to be cleaner than others I've been to. The food is very good, as always, but the value for the price is not for everyone. In my opinion, the prices are a little high for what you're getting. If you don't mind the pricing, then everything is good (although the seating could be more comfortable).
HAIR IN MY FOOD AND SLOW SLOW SLOW UNGODLY SLOW SERVICE THEY WERE ALL SO WEIRD AND MY BURGER WAS TRASH
