I visit the Downingtown Kung Fu Tea a few times a week, and I absolutely LOVE their drinks! I always use their app, which makes ordering super easy. The staff is friendly, the manager is incredibly helpful, and the service is always fast and efficient. Their bubble tea is hands down the best around—I recommend this place to all my friends!

Every kung fu tea location has great drinks, and the employees here are top tier. They're super nice and when I had to wait longer for one of my drinks since they needed another ten minutes for a part of it they offered another free drink for the inconvenience, didn't even need to ask. 10/10 customer service. The drinks here are the lavender milk tea, strawberry milk tea, passion fruit green tea (my favorite), and then the Dubai strawberry thing which was pretty good. Fresh strawberries. Great place. For anyone wondering they also have an app.

Ordered to close by a recent health dept inspection for numerous violations to include: No certified food manager, Handwashing sink had water supplied by a hose and was filled with clutter, MSG stored on the ground and had foreign objects in it, employee observed not sanitizing drink shaker, unsafe food temperatures, lack of date marking, raw chicken thawing at room temperature, no thermometer present for checking food. temperatures, sanitizing bin of 3-part sink leaks profusely onto the floor, and a bag of trash was stored near food prep area.

I came here with my husband and son and we all loved our drinks. They were amazing!! We also had popcorn chicken to snack on and the portion size was great and it was very flavorful while being crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. So good!!

the dubai chocolate strawberry thing was a massive ripoff, I’m pretty sure I wasn’t given all the ingredients either…total $16 with tip for a cup of strawberries with chocolate sauce on it

Drinks are great! Boba tea is great too. However, Dubai Chocolate sundae is terrible. No authentic Dubai chocolate taste. All drowned out by American chocolate ice cream. I could’ve made that at home with strawberries and grocery store ice cream. And for $13? That’s ridiculous. Very unsatisfied. It’s a waste of your money and you’ll leave sad.

Really disappointed with the Dubai Chocolate with Strawberry . We paid $14 expecting something rich, indulgent, and worth the name — but instead got a cup mostly stuffed with chopped strawberries and barely any actual chocolate. The “chocolate” was just a thin layer smeared around the inside of the plastic cup — more for looks than flavor. It felt like we were paying for the aesthetic, not the taste. For that price, it should actually taste like chocolate, not just look good in photos. Definitely not worth it, and I wouldn’t order this again unless they seriously fix the receipe .
