Customer service and vibe were incredible yesterday! The staff on 11/26 around 1pm deserve a huge shout out- I have been working in the service industry for 25+ years and when I see excellent customer service, it needs to be celebrated. These guys were fun, friendly, and made the whole restaurant feel happy. As we were leaving they all said good bye and thank you and even remembered my son's name from our order. Just excellent!
I like their pizza, the service was great. Went recently and the chef felt my pizza wasn’t up to his standard so he made me another free of charge. Definitely a pleasant surprise and different from the norm.
This Mod is the cleanest and nicest one we’ve ever been to! My husband and I both have serious food allergies. The employees at the downingtown location always take care and are professional!
