Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I can only rate this place for take-out. In the past they always got the order wrong, but recently they've gotten the order 100% correct. The food is very tasty, so we like it. The only downside is the price can add-up. For two people, the cost can easily be over $70, and that's just food (not any drinks).

We went there for lunch today and split the Tour of Italy. It was more than enough for the two of us, and absolutely delicious! But the best part of our visit was our amazing server, Leigh. He greeted us promptly, got our food to us in a timely manner, and we never had to ask for a drink refill. Possibly the best server we’ve had in the 12 years we’ve been married and going out to dinner.

This location is very nice. Lots of handicap parking. Erin our waitress was very good. She made sure we got our food correct. She made her rounds to make we got our extras and refills. Erin was the best waitress I ever had at any Olive Garden that I went to in over 25 years.

Received a message that my order would be ready for pick up at 11:16. Arrived timely and checked in right away. It’s not 11:35 and I still don’t have my order. I checked in using the link provided AND called the restaurant to check in.

Alec was our server last night and he was excellent. One of the most attentive servers I’ve had in a while! Constantly checked in on us for drinks and to make sure everything came out well. He was so friendly and sweet. Food and drinks arrived quickly. Thanks for the great dinner, Alec!

Very disappointed in the service, food and management tonight at this location!

What seemed to be a promising family dinner out turned out to be a disappointing experience! Front of the house was great and then we encounter our sever who was terrible! Now I understand people have bad days but this was not the case! She clearly didn’t want to serve our table! She got annoyed when we ordered our food as if she really didn’t want serve us!

We had long wait times for everything, which is hard when you have young children out to dinner!! We had to ask multiple times for things and even put in orders over the mobile device they have on the table to make sure we would get things in a timely manner! But when it came to her other table across from us, she was very attentive and timely with their orders! Which was very disappointing!

After finishing our meals and asking for to go containers I sat for at least 10 minutes after my husband loaded up the kids in the car.

At this point I was very frustrated as I’m 9 months pregnant and ready to get my kids home for bed; I ask for a manger! She comes over quicker than our server ever did the whole night!

At this point I tell her my issues from tonight experience as she just brushed it off with no solution or apology for her staff! And it was in that moment that made me very disappointed in the establishment and the brand of Olive Garden!! I have never had such a bad experience like this ever!!!
I’m truly hoping that corporate will reach out and help resolve this issues I have! I truly felt discriminated upon as well while being at this establishment tonight!!😔

The food was good but our waitress was awful . She barley cane near us . We waited so long to pay I had to pay someone else . Could have litterly walked out !

Came in around 3pm on a football Sunday. We’re seating within 5min.

Tim was our server - not sure if he was training or just working with a new server on the floor for the large group seated behind us. Anyway, he made sure he was attentive to our table, anticipated our needs but also wasn’t over bearing. He walked us through ordering our pasta bowls and was just overall extremely pleasant. Drinks were delivered quickly and tasted yummy. My first visit to an OG and I’ll be back and asking for Tim !
