Got a call today from an Osaka manager who sincerely and repeatedly apologized for our unfortunate and uncharacteristic experience. The follow up shows clear concern for customer satisfaction means that will we be returning. Thank you Osaka! Had a 6:00 dinner reservation which we were on-time for and we were seated promptly. The gentleman who seated us brought two wine glasses so we served ourselves a glass of wine and waited, and waited. After 30 minutes we capped our wine and left. Other tables had been seated, served water and had orders taken while we waited. An unfortunate experience and we will be hard pressed to return.

What a gem!!! The restaurant staff was kind and overly generous along with first class sushi. The chef made us a sushi pizza not on the menu along with a toro roll also not on the menu, both were amazing. Highly recommend.

The restaurants service took forever - our one server was trying her best believe it was the owner - the young girl that waited on us was lost for sure. Excellent food worth the wait but the wait was terrible.

My boyfriend and I ate here on a whim and I just keep wondering what took me so long to try it out. The presentation of the sushi was remarkable and the ambience was perfect for a date night. The service was quick and the server extremely friendly and always smiling. Can't wait to go back again!

Another great experience. They are always happy to accommodate our wishes. I needed to change my reservation from 6 to 10 people. I couldn't do that via Open Table so I had to call the restaurant. To accommodate us, it was necessary to change the time to 15 minutes later which was not a problem. Food was delicious and service was excellent.

Highly recommend this restaurant! Came here for my birthday with a big group and they were so accommodating. The server surprised me with a mochi birthday dessert and sparkler candle on it. Food and service were great! Everyone was very friendly. Thank you for making my day special :)
