Noise level was very nice since we had a 3 PM reservation on Valentine's Day. Usually at a later time that noise liberal can be extremely difficult to hear each other, especially since the tables are so close together we really enjoyed having a booth at our 3 PM reservation.
A nice and cozy spot, with a friendly, attentive staff. Appetizers were really good, as was the sushi. Incredibly fresh tasting salmon and tuna. Mongolian beef was good, but we were a bit disappointed with the crispy walnut shrimp. We were expecting a light tempura, but it was heavy and the shrimp was overcooked. I think next time we'll get the sushi boat, which looked amazing at a table near us.

Edit to add: their chow fun is well worth it too! Great portion sizes and great taste.
