I placed a custom cake order 3 days before I needed it. The lady told me to come at 10am Saturday, Aug 27 which is the earliest time I can get the ice cream cake. I got there at 10am and the manager had no clue where my cake was - they're talking in the back that the cake was suppose to be made for SUNDAY, Aug 28th. I had a receipt which says due Aug 27. Ordered from door dash, just some scoops of ice cream in a cup with toppings. They cancelled my order and said they couldn't make ice cream sundaes… there an ice cream place and it was on there menu. I can’t tell if they were just being lazy or complete idiots.

Does anyone know when they actually close? It's just 6:40pm and I'm standing outside after driving ten minutes out of my way to be here, and it's closed. Nothing on any website to show their actual closing time. That's really poor business practice.Several other customers showed up at same time as me - one was a kid! Doors locked. No signs and no one cared to even tell us it's closed.
