Any service given by the middle aged (60) man who I believe is the owner, seems to just be too much for him. Beat up store that is usually dirty, never renovated in the 22 years I've lived here. Go to the Downingtown one or Carvel.

I was so incredibly sad after my last, and probably what will be my last visit to this location. I wasted my monthly "not good for me, but it's worth the calories" allowance on a Brownie and Oreo® Cupfection from this store. Somehow someway my husband and I ordered the same thing. The store was not busy at the time which was really strange for Friday night but by the time we left, they had a pretty good line going. Kids look miserable working at the counter. While me and my friends were ordering the one girl was showing the other text messages. Meanwhile it’s cold outside and would’ve liked to sit down, but all the chairs were up an hour before close. My girlfriend got a small vanilla ice cream with sprinkles and it barely had any on it. My blizzard was good, only good part of the experience.
