Went for dinner out, bruschetta had almost no mozzarella cheese on it (was expecting fresh sliced), and was served on top of lettuce? (Gross). My companion got baked zitti which was way too “crispy” from being under the broiler to long & my risotto pasta was undercooked. Manager was unapologetic & portrayed her staff never do wrong. Ordered takeout from Pomodoro’s tonight. We had a Hawaiian pizza which they subbed red sauce for white sauce, a Greek salad with chicken, a Caesar salad and of course, gelato. Everything was delicious and tasted so fresh! Met the owner, Tony, and he couldn’t have been nicer! We will definitely be putting Pomodoro’s on our regular rotation for takeout.
THANK YOU to the owner, Tony, for taking time to talk to me today. I was just recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and am just wanting a meal that doesn’t make me sick! It’s been months! Tony took time to tell me how he prepares his Gluten Free dishes and even gave me some of their fresh pasta to bring home. I’m so happy and relieved to find some delicious options I can trust. You have a new loyal customer!!
