The good here is sooo good. Nothing is super spicy unless you ask for it buy everything is so flavorful. The Birra Tacos are amazing and so are the nachos.

I have had a lot of tacos in my day, and Taco Mar has the best tacos I have ever had. The tofu tacos are top notch!!
I tried the food at Taco Mar last night and came back today as well! This is by far the most authentic Mexican food in the area. The burritos, tacos, chips, and desserts are fantastic. Highly recommend.Parking: Drive through and walk up.

Just did takeout here for the 1st time - unimpressed. It's the 4th best Mexican food place in D-town. The Steak burrito was cold inside (we picked it up 3 minutes after getting the notification), some of the extra ingredients I paid extra for were missing, it was sealed shut so I couldn't add sauce inside. The expensive chips & guac side was just bad - salty commercial chips and creamy guac with very little avocado detectable. Her baja taco - 1 taco for $9 - had 1 small shrimp and 1 small piece of shrimp. The side mexican rice was a joke - 99.9% orange rice with no added ingredients. With a small menu like this, you'd think they'd be better at the preparation part. Very unlikely to give this place a second chance.
