Best grocery store I've ever been to!! It has so many things you won't find at other grocery stores. Like this Cannoli dip! It has to be the best thing I have ever tasted! And I can only find it here and believe me I searched everywhere!! It also has a lot of food from other countries. And everything is top notch, so that being said, it is more expensive than other grocery stores. I definitely don't get all my groceries here, but I go here for certain things. If they had better prices, I think everyone would shop here!

Always busy..always a good selection. Usually nice cheerful help...perimeter of the store with bakery, cheese and pizza and sandwiches rivals any other stand alone business. Great hoagies at decent prices. Overall a great experience but occasionally sold out of items or more likely just waiting to restock from back due to continual crush of people.

Wegmans has turned into my second favorite place being from Georgia I'm used to Publix and this is a really good substitute one might say even better that food always fresh delicious saying the staff always polite the facility is always clean

I haven't quite found the best time to go yet, as it's always busy. They have by far the best selection of groceries in the area. Most likely whatever you're looking for, they have it. Checkouts always seem to be well staffed, so I've never waited in a long line to check out.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly employees who are willing to help you find whatever you need. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, with clear signage and a wide variety of products available. Wegmans also offers a variety of prepared foods that are perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions. Their sushi, pizza, and hot bar options are particularly popular and are always fresh and delicious. Overall, Wegmans is a great place to shop for groceries and has something for everyone.

This would be the most ideal grocery store if they were a bit cheaper. The store is very well organized, staffed, and it's clean. I love the variety of items you don't usually see elsewhere. They have an address where you can get warm food if you work nearby for lunch or to bring home a prepared dinner.

Great Shopping Experience, and variety, except for the poor customer service I personally experienced from a smaller Asian man behind the Seea Food & Steak counter regarding poor product knowledge and favoritive behavior amongst three different shoppers and myself. I may be back and it won't be for seafood.Respectfully,Almost Satisfied CustomerBe Better than Yesterday but Not as Good as Tomorrow

Since covid their coffee bar has tanked. They used to have more than 4 brew options, and I feel like the breakfast sandwiches were better. The produce is always good, and I have no problem with the rest of the store. Just super disappointed about the change in coffee.

Today I experienced the top level of customer service. I wish I knew the name of a gentleman in a blue shirt who helped me find a poppy filling for a Christmas roll. He went far beyond what I expected as good customer service to make sure I got what I needed, from checking the inventory in the back, making calls in other departments of the store, and walking with me to helping me find alternatives, etc, especially these days when customer service reached low bar pretty much everywhere. Thanks again, you made my day :)

Wegmans is by far the best grocery store I've ever been to. If you're looking for fresh produce fish meat and baked goods this is without a doubt the best store for that. I will shop here for my daily needs but also for all my special events as I can get a delicious steak a bottle of wine and a happy birthday card for my wife all under one roof

The Cafe, poor selection at the hot buffet for Chinese food. Food was bad and expensive

Went into the Downingtown store yesterday to place an order for a half a sheet cake. Those working and meals to go were very nice however they went to the bakery department to get information and when they came back they told me I was able to use an invitation on the top of my cake. They specifically went to the bakery to confirm that it was allowed. When I got home I received an email telling me that that information was incorrect and they were not able to use the invitation as a photo. They apologized and told me that they were giving me a gift card for my trouble. I just went down to pick up the cake and found out the gift card was simply for the $10 that I paid extra to have a photo placed on top of the cake. In trying to rectify the fact that I couldn’t use the photo I dictated a message I wanted on the cake. Whoever decorated the cake decided to capitalize some words and not others. Extremely dissatisfied. No more cakes from Wegman’s. Get your stories straight!

Have not been in store since pandemic. Used to love getting lunch, however today purchased sushi and small item from the hot bar. Total came to just shy of 15 dollars. Asked cashier for a bag. Told me I had to pay $.5 for a paper bag. Directly from their website. Annual sales in 2021 of $11.2 billion. Another once great store wrapped up in corporate greed.

Very busy. Not enough checkout lanes open. All that were open had 3 or more waiting in line. Many with very full shopping carts. Prices appear to be going up faster than inflation rate. A product, veggie egg rolls $5 in July, then $5.50 in August was $6.50 on Oct 28.

Love the variety of things they carry and appreciate that their prices are decent but there are a couple things that it would be wonderful to see change. They're pretty much always busy and that's not a bad thing but they have a tendency to over pack displays which makes for narrow isles. This makes busy feel overwhelming. Sometimes less is more.
