“This is a charming little hidden treasure of a shop, it has a sweet English country vibe, chintz cushions on the window seat, all baked good beautifully displayed. I’m vegan but not gluten free and am sometimes wary of gluten free baked goods but to my delight the sugar cookies were fantastic, lightly frosted and a substantial size. I never would have guessed they were gluten free. Perfect texture and sweetness. I was waited on by a charming baker who herself looked like she stepped out of a country garden. Very professional service, answered all my questions and made it a lovely experience“

“I’ve lived in Doylestown my whole life and Evolution is such a highlight of the town!!!! The staff consists of some of the sweetest ppl who are super super helpful and friendly! They are so welcoming to everyone PLUS they have some super cool candy that you can’t find anywhere else. It’s such an adorable little shop with high quality products and some of the nicest staff ever i’m so so thankful they r in town!!! If you are visiting and have kids (or just enjoy sweets) absolutely stop by it’s incredible“
