2 hours for my order this evening. Missing item, told the driver to take it off the bill. Called the store because the food was also cold. Was hung up on twice, lady that said refunded back to the card also hung up when I started to ask for the owner.
If you are that busy & that understaffed, maybe stop delivering for a bit or warn patrons of longer delivery times, not lie and say it's 45 min to 1 hr.
The food is overall good… however they have a habit of consistently forgetting toppings on salads or pizza. They have the best food overall that delivers- if it is correct.
The pizza is very good here as I'm sure other items are on the menu. The owner bites all types of employees, even ones with disabilities. I'd recommend this place to anyone, over big chain restaurants. Shop small, shop local. 🍕 🍕 🍕
