Redstone American Grill provides a welcoming atmosphere with excellent service and a great ambience for a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including the shrimp & calimari appetizer, which was well-liked, and the parmesan encrusted fish, praised for being very delicious. The atmosphere is casual with dim lighting and plenty of seating suitable for both large parties and date nights. The staff, especially servers like Jasmine, are attentive and friendly, often accommodating special requests.

Highlights include the Chef's Brunch, grilled wings, avocado egg tomato sandwich, pancakes, ribs, French toast, and cornbread, making it a wonderful place to celebrate occasions like Father's Day. The redstone burger was cooked to order, and the crabcakes received positive remarks, though some found the aioli a bit too sweet. Some dishes, such as the General Tso's turkey burger, did not meet expectations. The restaurant can be a little overpriced, especially for bar drinks.
