Let me say that the new GM is not clear of the rules. First server was way to sassy. Because she assumed we where from out of town and did not know we live here. ( racist) I visit red lobster all the time. The way I was treated today. I'm NEVER going
After being stranded due to a snow storm, I was waited on by Kirsten. Wow - 27 years in the hospitality industry managing teams and this young lady is a winner and will go far whatever her career choice may lead her to. She asked my name and upon coming back to the table each time she greeted me with my name even after doing the same at other tables. She was very apologetic when some food came out slower than anticipated but it’s understandable as I’m sure they’re short...read full review
