Walked in, they only had one other customer there. Must have been friends of theirs because they were all standing around talking about drug testing. I had to wait until they finished before I got wait on. Finally got my order placed. Got my cup they then proceeded to talk more about the swabing of the mouth and a piss test and how they don't think they would pass. Mind you not always using nice language. Are you that desperate Burger King. Won't go back.

Tables are always dirty!!! WHY keep BK children's hat per table??? Food is overally salty and cold! *Mayonnaise wasn't that at all! The substance had a yellow cast and was more of a tangy & spoiled taste!!! Additionally lettuce was bad per chicken sandwich. Believe my child & I now have food poisoning. *Lastly employees with animal hair noticeably on their uniforms. That's exactly when I should've walked out.

Was so excited to get breakfast there on my way to work this morning because I don't pass a Burger King often. But I about threw up in my car when 3/4 of the way through my sandwich I pulled out about an 8-in long blonde hair.

Ordered burgers to my specifications . Asked person taking my order to repeat to confirm. Had to repeat my order two times in order for the person to comprehend. (I speak English clearly.” Was told my order was correct. (should have checked before leaving .). When I got home, not only was my order wrong, I was overcharged! I called and spoke to a manger who said. “ You have to bring the order back for us to correct the mistake .” I was ten miles away. They have already overcharged me, and now they expect me to pay for their mistake with my gas. This is NOT how customer service works. I see why your Consumer Report Rating is 1.14

This is hands down THE best Burger King in the area!! This store has been the best for many MANY years! This is a regular stop and has been for more than 15 years. The food is ALWAYS good, ALWAYS right, and the people's are ALWAYS friendly!! I highly HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!!
