(I speak English clearly.” Was told my order was correct. (should have checked before leaving .). When I got home, not only was my order wrong, I was overcharged! I called and spoke to a manger who said. “ You have to bring the order back for us to correct the mistake .” I was ten miles away. They have already overcharged me, and now they expect me to pay for their mistake with my gas. This is NOT how customer service works. I see why your Consumer Report Rating is 1.14

This is hands down THE best Burger King in the area!! This store has been the best for many MANY years! This is a regular stop and has been for more than 15 years. The food is ALWAYS good, ALWAYS right, and the people's are ALWAYS friendly!! I highly HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!!

2024 order was entered wrong. staff stood around talking / leaning against the counters. The floors are a mess. The tables need wiped. 2021 Drinks tasted like seltzer water. They were really short staffed. Very slow service.
I was just calling late in the day then I asked if they had burgers left. This girl gave me attitude and said she is calling the cops.

Kudos to the management of this Burger King for keeping their store clean, and having a wonderful staff and wonderful environment. I have always been a BK fan but have never eaten at this exact one, as I'm from West Virginia, stopping through on my truck route, and this happened to be the most convenient place to have room to park my rig whilst I ate. I would recommend this BK over any other BK I've ever eaten at. Thank you!

I ordered the original chicken sandwich, and it was slathered on both sides with mayonnaise. It was so thick that the chicken ( which was luke warm)literally slid off the bun.My husband had a whopper, the same thing, condiments were slapped on the bun and soaked the bun. Awful, and we won't be back to that Burger King.
