Used to be my favorite place to get pizza but the last 2 times was awful. They served me cold pizza not even a little warm it’s never hot pizza it was so cold I paid 20 dollars for some cold soggy gummy pizza that didn’t even look or taste done I never will be returning that was the last chance I was giving best way just go to dons or Steveos in duncansville if you want right out the oven pizza that’s actually hot. Best way isn’t what it used to be

I ordered wings for takeout. The wings were not even close to being cooked. I reached out to the 3rd party app where the wings were ordered (Slice) to resolve the issue. They reached out to Best Way, and Best Way stated I should drive them back to the store and exchange them. I'm not going all the way back to the restaurant for their mess up. Two thumbs down. We won't be ordering there again.

Just stopped on our way home from traveling. Not local. Friendliest staff. They were mopping due to close to closing in an hour. The guy went and got a blower and also a towel and hand dried the floor so we didn't fall. Food came super quick.
