“I ordered on the app so I wouldn't have to wait.I stood at pick up station for 20 minutes watching the staff fill orders for people just walking in.I finally picked up my slip and asked when mine was going to be made.All I got was "Oops sorry!"“

“Frequent stop on my northbound journeys. Coffee is great here and service is fast. They can sometimes be out of donuts on a particularly busy day, but early on things are good. As far as Dunkins go this is definitely one of the better ones. It is easy to miss though, especially if you're in the left lane on 309.“

“Love this location. Only location to get my food/drink right. Not only that, I am a regular here and they know my order! If I leave something off my normal order, they will confirm I don't want it. The drive through line is typically not very long and if it is long, you don't wait forever. I've only met one person who wasn't particularly friendly here and they don't work there anymore.“

“Whatever changes they are making are working at the Boyertown, PA location. I went today and all of the staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. My large order for my family was perfect and the food and drinks tasted better than they ever have. The drive through was backed up out to the street, but the line was moving quickly and the staff remained upbeat and friendly. I really hope they retain the staff that they had working today (7/10/2021). Today was by far my best experience at this Dunkin.“

“Site says open until 7:30. So I get there just after 7 to pick up a drink I had ordered on the app so I called and they said they were closed and that it would be hard to do a refund at the time but that they would take care of me so now I have to go back tomorrow and see if I can actually get the refund or just get the same drink I had ordered tonight but not have to pay a 2nd time. Hoping they will help me and that I can just get the drink. Also there was no sign on the door with the hours.I came in this morning and they made right and did help me out and the employees were nice so I added a couple stars. Please put your hours on the door and if possible the app.“

“This is a nice clean Dunkin donuts in a great neighborhood. The place is clean, the service is friendly and the food is decent. There are parking spots in front of the building, there isn't a whole lot of parking here, it's mainly for you to get in and get out. There's a drive through and customer bathrooms.“

“Two months ago I would have given this particular Dunkin zero stars. The service was awful and every employee made it obvious they did not want to speak with you. Orders were sloppy and thrown together. However, there has been an obvious change in management the past few weeks! The employees are friendly and upbeat, and the quality of the food has increased. I’m so glad things have improved, and I hope they continue to.“
