Ordered on the website logged into my account for the perk rewards. Charged my card and said did not get my order. Refused to make sandwiches as i informed i did get a transaction receipt showing $15.10 was taken from my account. Told me to wait 24-48 hours for a refund. Some appreciation on appreciation day! Then had the nerve to say this has happened to many other customers. I am mad and still hungry!!!
What a rip off. The idiots there didn’t get my order right. Stale roll
Makes me wonder how they stay in business. Never again.
Never going again. Every single time they don’t make my hoagie correctly, adding Mayo or sweet peppers shouldn’t be that hard. And it’s every single time.
